When is it OK to email?

If you didn't receive a confirmation email this is a sign there is either an incorrect email you used OR a problem with your booking- please reach out immediately in this case to make sure I have your correct info.

What if I want a reading but not sure what to ask?

Check out my general reading option! Available in both 30 minute and 15 minute options, this is a great way to check in with your energy and see what messages come through for you without looking into specific areas of your life.

What if I book a reading and change my mind about what I want to know?

Don't worry bestie! Between the time you book to the time I start your reading there's a cushion of time to make changes. Please keep in mind there will be no cancellations or refunds given because you changed your mind about wanting a reading. Changes are not guaranteed and do not change the value of your reading. Single questions have a shorter turnaround time and changes may not be able to be able to be made after booking!

How long is the wait for AUDIO ONLY single question readings?

Most of the time you will receive your reading within 2-4 days of booking! These are quick and to the point readings. By making these available as audio only, it allows me more freedom to answer your questions quickly and it allows me to keep this booking option open.

Can you please tell me when I can expect my reading? (This applies to regular bookings- not single question bookings)

No. Atleast not exactly. The thing is Im human and things come up 😊. For now the easiest way for me to make my readings available is by booking weeks ahead of time. The more time I spend updating everyone on when to expect their readings, the less time and energy I have to actually do them! I do not offer emergency readings.

I don't understand why it's taking so long, I booked the same day readings became available! (This applies to regular bookings- not single question bookings)

Some of you will be getting your reading within a week and others will be waiting longer. That just means that other people booked before you did and got their name higher up on the list. The amount of bookings I offer per month is set but this does mean there's a queue. If you're the last one that got in on the bookings, your reading will get to you towards the end of the month you booked for, NOT THE MONTH YOU BOOKED IN!!

It's been weeks! How do I know my reading is on it's way? (This applies to regular bookings- not single question bookings)

If you received a confirmation email, you are on my list and your reading will be done in the order it was received! PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL YOUR INFORMATION INCLUDING YOUR NAME AND THE EMAIL YOU USE AT CHECKOUT IS CORRECT. THIS IS WHERE YOUR READING WILL BE SENT.

You're making readings available again and I STILL haven't gotten my reading!

Bestie please check and confirm that we are still in the same month you booked your reading for. Example- you booked a DECEMBER reading on 11/15 but it is now 12/15 and you still haven't gotten your reading. Your reading is not late, your reading is booked for December and you will get it within that time frame. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME ASKING FOR YOUR READING IF WE ARE WITHIN THE TIME FRAME YOU BOOKED YOUR READING FOR- me opening readings monthly keeps me in the flow of actually doing your readings and not spending my time doing admin work 😊 Please keep in mind, one thing is not related to the other. My open bookings DO NOT affect your booking or wait time!

Parts of my reading didn't resonate and I found it confusing

It's ok! This happens sometimes. More often than not your reading will make a lot more sense with time. Sometimes these readings are predictive and are offering insights into a future event. You may also find you hear your reading differently if you rewatch it a few days later.

How do you pick up on my energy in a video? Is this the same as in person readings?

Yes! It works the same way as if we're in person. When I do your reading I'm connecting with your energy through your name and your intention for why you booked. By you booking with me you're giving me your consent to read your energy. Being in person is the same as these sessions! Personally I prefer online sessions as they allow me to be completely focused on your reading instead of what your face is saying about what you're hearing 😅

I want to gift a reading! Can I purchase one for my ____?

No! You cannot book for another person, but you are more than welcome to purchase a gift card for them. Even though your intentions are in the right place, consent to this information is absolutely necessary and we have to be ready and open to receive these messages which at times can be deeply intense.

I have the right to refuse doing your reading and issue you a refund

This is a rare occasion but there are times I'm blocked from reading certain peoples energy. If this does happen I will reach out to you letting you know we are not an energetic match!
